Elizabeth Kupferman
Elizabeth Kupferman is an Advanced Bitch.
That means she has a PhD in being fucked up, but through the Magic of years and years (and years and years) of practicing the Psychological Arts and Sciences on herself along with years of training, coaching, therapy, and Advanced AF Personal Growth Work, she healed her lil self and became one hell of an Advanced Bitch.
She also happens to be a Licensed Professional Counselor with a private practice called Expressive Counseling in Southlake, Texas in the Dallas and Fort Worth area. That’s where she’s had the privilege of helping women heal wounds and do their advanced personal growth work, so that their lives and relationships are Magical.
It’s fucking magical when you no longer hate yourself, no longer admonish yourself, and no longer live with resentments and the weight of regrets.
It’s fucking magical when you learn about dysfunction dynamics in your own psyche and when you learn to tame the dragon of perfection and that unrelenting inner saboteur.
It’s fucking magical when you acknowledge that shit went down, and it’s causing you to live in ways that aren’t really you.
It’s so magical when you detoxify relationships and really see and accept people for where they are because you don’t need them to be any different than they already are - and if you do, you wave your wand and allow them to make their choices and you make yours.
The most magical thing is completely, unabashedly loving your lil miraculous self exactly as you are right in this very second.

Elizabeth earned her undergraduate and Master's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and Sigma Theta Tau International (Honor Society of Nursing). She is a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. In addition to being a counselor, Elizabeth is a Registered Nurse in Florida.
